Merge of Elim Covenant & Park Ave Covenant to form Crosstown

Who Are We?

Crosstown Covenant Church is a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC). We have the unique history of being born through the merger of Park Ave Covenant and Elim Covenant in 1987. Our community values Biblical teaching and a variety of musical styling. On any given Sunday morning, you may experience organ-led hymns and bluegrass or contemporary rock music all within the same 10 minutes. Located in the Nokomis neighborhood of South Minneapolis, we often host meetings and events for the Nokomis East Neighborhood Association (NENA) and Lake Nokomis Community School. Community involvement and interaction is part of our global ministry, in which we support people and ministries around the world and in our own backyard.

We hope that you will enjoy taking some time to learn about Crosstown and what makes this community unique. We are a multi-generational community that seeks to learn from one another and follow in the footsteps of Jesus Christ. We encourage you to explore this website and photo gallery to learn about our staff, our ministry opportunities, and our partnership with our friends at Verbo En Accion
